1. Ownership of Content

You must own or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for any music, artwork, or metadata you distribute through Maghi Digital. We do not claim ownership of your intellectual property; you grant us a non-exclusive license to distribute and monetize your content globally.

2. Cover Song Licensing

If you are distributing a "Cover Song," you must possess the appropriate mechanical licenses for the musical composition. Distributing covers without a valid license or proof of rights is a violation of our policy and may lead to immediate cancellation of your release without refund.

3. Unauthorized Samples & Loops

The use of uncleared samples, loops from unauthorized libraries, or "Type Beats" where you do not have the lease/commercial rights is strictly prohibited. You are responsible for ensuring every element of your recording is legally cleared for commercial distribution.

4. DMCA & Copyright Infringement Claims

We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement according to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and Indian Copyright Laws. To file a claim, please provide our Designated Agent with the following:

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing.
• Your contact information (address, phone number, and email).
• A statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the info in your notice is accurate.
